Ms. Kahler brings two decades of accounting and information technology experience to the AirDrop skill set. Throughout her career she has developed a keen understanding for the symmetry needed to efficiently communicate financial information with the implementation of custom financial reporting measures. This expertise has allowed her to significantly increase efficiencies at various organizations and for her own clients.

On the accounting and financial side, Lisa has supervised corporate accounting departments, scheduled internal day-to-day accounting responsibilities, and monitored all remote accounting functions for companies operating in multiple states.  She has completed all month-end accounting processes for the timely completion of financial statements, maintained and created management and operational reports using Crystal Reports, Financial Manager, and FrX. Lisa evaluates current business processes, creates automations, and streamlines processes to improve the company’s overall performance. Ms. Kahler has conducted internal financial and compliance audits and analyses.

On the information technology side, Ms. Kahler has created and implemented automated processes for remote locations in order to help streamline day-to-day tasks, as well as control labor costs. She has coordinated the security and integrity of all company data and technology assets. Lisa has maintained internal software, evaluated and approved IT department budgets including all hardware and software purchases. Ms. Kahler has conducted internal training for staff on all internal software programs as well as point of sale systems including ongoing support of all personnel with computer issues and troubleshooting. 

She has created and implemented successful integrations that automate an organization's revenue and payment cycles, as well as various other operational, accounting, and financial processes. These process automations have led to substantial growth and revenue without the addition of staff at numerous organizations.

Mr. Vogl brings more than three decades of financial management and CFO leadership experience to the team.  

He has been responsible for financial and accounting system controls and standards, including Sarbanes Oxley experience. His skill set includes M&A, finance, cash flow management, government regulations, business analysis, and risk management amongst others. Tim has developed numerous comprehensive financial models for several notable organizations. These models include pricing, financial forecasting, and valuations.

Mr. Vogl has prepared over 60 strategic business plans and accompanying financial analyses for large real estate development projects totaling more than $750 million. He has arranged financing and presented business plans to both banks and private equity groups for many of his projects.

He has developed foreign currency hedge models, been a member of two SEC forensic accounting and auditing teams, and prepared IPOs.  Tim has also consulted for numerous companies in a variety of industries relating to their M&A activities. Following any merger or acquisition, Tim prepared the organization’s strategic plans and capital budgets.With an MBA in accounting and economics, Securities License, Master Certification in Executive Coaching, and an illustrious career as a CFO, Senior Financial Manager, and consultant for numerous organizations, Mr. Vogl provides significant financial leadership and management expertise to the organization. Key industries that Mr. Vogl has worked with include banking, insurance, construction, real estate, service, hospitality, oil and gas, and government organizations. 

Mr. Daly, a CPA for over 25 years, began his career in the early 1990's working as an auditor for the Minneapolis office of Arthur Andersen & Co.  After just a few years in public accounting, Matt was hired as the CFO for WinAmax Corporation, a Minneapolis based Indian gaming management company building casinos throughout the Midwest.  In just a few years after his tenure as WinAmax' CFO, Mr. Daly formed his own gaming development company, Pacific Coast Gaming. By his early 30's he was responsible for over a dozen casino development projects and companies across the United States.  Matt oversaw or assisted with projects in the states of Washington, Missouri, Kansas, California, Arizona, Minnesota, Wisconsin and Florida.

Mr. Daly has assisted in taking companies public and was instrumental in rescuing Sun Country Airlines out of bankruptcy and returning it to record profitability. He has negotiated financing and joint venture arrangements with private equity sources (Franklin Capital Group - Peabody, MA; Michels Pipeline Construction - Milwaukee WI), publicly traded companies (Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Lakes Entertainment, International Gaming Technology, PDS Financial,...), and local and regional banks across the country.

Mr. Zachman began his accounting career at a small public accounting firm in Minnetonka, MN.  He gained valuable experience in tax, payroll, audit and other accounting areas while on assignments for both privately held as well as publicly traded companies.  Following two mergers the firm had become part of a larger firm that currently employs more than 2,500 professionals.  In 2002, Tom began working for a regional public accounting firm in St. Cloud, Minnesota.  He quickly advanced to the position of manager and gained valuable experience in tax, audit and accounting consulting engagements.  He worked with diverse clientele who ranged from start-up operations to nonprofit organizations to multi-billion dollar corporations.  In 2012, Tom was hired as a Principal at a multi-state regional accounting firm where he practiced mainly in an engagement quality control and quality review capacity.

Over the years, Mr. Zachman has gained valuable industry experience working with non-profit organizations, farm cooperatives, contractors, distributors, manufacturers, internet businesses, private equity investment companies, franchises and others.  He is also an expert in auditing retirement plans and conducts peer reviews for other CPA firms.  

Mr. Baumann started his career in the manufacturing industry, learning the processes that are needed to facilitate measured growth in a small family owned business. Jeremy then ventured into the construction industry, working as a project foreman for several Minneapolis area contractors through 2012.

Transitioning from construction foreman to a professional setting, Mr. Baumann began administrative employment with Pacific Coast Gaming – Pauma Valley, LLC.   Mr. Daly soon after appointed him to the position of General Manager of Tribal Powersports, LLC , overseeing the day to day operations of the business including business plan development, Tribal government marketing and outreach, and recruiting and vetting strategic partners. Mr. Baumann provides a diverse level of experience and background in several industries; manufacturing, construction, and Indian gaming.
Mr. Baumann oversees all aspects of Matt’s various business interests including: financial management, e-commerce and e-presence, strategic relationship development, market research, event coordination and production, financial modeling and business plan prep amongst a myriad of other critical roles and functions.
